Shipping policy

As all items at SEEO Prints are made-to-order and many are personalised, the time it takes to process, create, and dispatch your order is different from the shipping time itself.

We work hard to get your unique order created to the highest standard.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (for checking files, order details, and queueing for production).

  • Production Time (Made-to-Order): 1 business day.

  • Total Dispatch Time: You can expect your order to be ready for collection by the courier approximately 1-3 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that Business Days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your order. You will be presented with a final, all-inclusive price before completing your purchase.

 

Lost or Undelivered Orders

In the event that your item is lost in transit, please note the following under UK consumer law:

  • Risk of Loss: We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, or to a person nominated by you (such as a neighbour).

  • Action Required: If your tracking has not updated or your package has not arrived within 3 days of its expected delivery date, please contact us at admin@seeoprints.co.uk.

  • Resolution: We will investigate with the courier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund without undue delay.

Incorrect Shipping Details

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.
